Bill of Rights
This Patriot necklace honors the 200th anniversary of the1791 passage of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution of the United States of America. The Bill of Rights amendments add to the Constitution specific guarantees of personal freedoms and rights as well as clear limitations on the government's power. The original draft of the bill and a quill are beautifully rendered on one side. The motto “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” is inscribed above an American eagle on the reverse side.
The 1991 coin was made by the US Mint and has a .999 silver content. This uncirculated coin is held by a custom-made sterling silver bezel. It is strung on a strand of large high luster freshwater pearls with sterling silver findings and clasp. The total length of the necklace is 19”-20” and it is available with or without a large accent pearl hung from the toggle clasp.
The necklace was designed by Lee Foster and is handmade in the USA.
